It has been pointed out to me (again, whoops!) that I need to write more in the instructions because there is a lot of stuff going on in Plague. There is now an updated Instructions doc available. Enjoy!

Plague unleashed on unsuspecting populace

Plague has been released. It can be downloaded here, both Python source and a windows exe (sorry Mac and Linux users for now, but I figure you can use Python). A summary can also be found at here at Pygame.org.
